About Niamh

After over 30 years in employment, I only recently discovered what I want to be when I grow up.  I see this career as a journey, with new learning opportunities presenting themselves every day.  I am currently trying to celebrate imperfection, the joy of being good enough.  If this manifests itself through art and creativity, even better!

I have a BSc in Psychology from the Open University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Coaching from the University of East London.  I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I currently work as a Solution-Focused Therapist within the counselling service of a large UK-based university.

I currently share my life with two cats, a husband and a collection of books that is simultaneously too big and never enough.
